EVERYONE WHO IS ATTENDING IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER
Once again in 2027, we’ve eliminated early bird pricing and reduced delegate costs across the board to make the conference more affordable and encourage higher attendance.
Registration Pricing:
- Business delegates: AUD $599
- Social delegates: AUD $399
- Child delegates: AUD $149
CHILDREN MUST BE UNDER THE AGE OF 15 TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE DISCOUNTED FEE. ANYONE OVER THE AGE OF 15 WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ADULT AND THE SUBSEQUENT CHARGES APPLIED.
Children under the age of three are free of delegate fees. Babysitting has not been organised by Head Office so you will need to organise this with the QT.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation and Travel is to be arranged, booked and paid for by you.
Smith & Sons Head Office have arranged special prices at the QT Queenstown Hotel. This discount will not kick in until mid July 2026. A notification will be sent out when it goes live.
Accommodation Bookings:
Hotel reservations are to be booked directly with the hotel.
